Priest:
We thank Thee, O Lord our God, for the
Communion of Thy holy, most pure, immortal, and
heavenly Mysteries, which Thou hast given us for
the benefaction and sanctification, and healing of
our souls and bodies. Do Thou, O Master of all,
grant that the Communion of the Holy Body and
Blood of Thy Christ be for us unto faith
unashamed, unto love unfeigned, unto an increase
of wisdom, unto the healing of soul and body, unto
the dispelling of every adversary, unto the
fulfillment of Thy commandments, unto an
acceptable defense at the dread judgement of Thy
Christ.
